            [ ≛ ] Ted gave the other boy a quick once over
            to make sure he really was fine, before his
            shoulders relaxed, and an easy, friendly grin
            crossed his face. Well, here was his chance to
            mingle, like his mom wanted him to.

                  “I’m fine. Takes more than that to knock
                  me down. I’m Ted, by the way. I’m kinda..
                  new around here. My family decided to
                  y’know.. come up here for a few weeks.”

                  He rolled his eyes slightly. Besides all of
                  the trees and the fresh air, it didn’t seem..
                  well, too exciting, but he had an open mind.

                    [ ⌛ ] - Dipper chuckled a small bit. The other seemed
                             kind enough upon first impressions.

                                    “I’m Dipper. Lived here for
                                      almost a year now.
                                      I mean - Gravity Falls
                                      is built to get tourists,
                                      but why’d you guys pick here?
                                      All the cool stuff is hard to find.”
