This was beyond weird. Dipper didn’t know how to flirt nor did he know how to react to such behavior- but while usually he would have sputtered and choked on his words now he only laughed, as if he had suddenly gained all the confidence in the world. Confidence and clouded judgement. The boy beamed and folded his arms over his chest, eyes bright but glossy.

“It’s definitely a sight to remember.

You big ham. 

I don’t swim naked with just anybody, you know, Togsie.”

Dipper began to lower himself back into the water then. Something in the back of his mind was screaming at him to stop- but he couldn’t for the life of him remember why he would ever want out in the first place! It was cool in the water, wasn’t it? Why wouldn’t he want to swim with his lookalike? Unable to remember what it was that had made him panic earlier he sunk back into the pond, smile bright.

"You know just how to make a guy feel special.” Dipper said with a wide grin, He kept his eyes on the other, though now letting his mind wonder just a bit.

This is not how I should be acting… Why did beans reactions change so suddenly..? Why am I smiling so wide? I never smile like this!

He gave a small laugh, which shook the wandering of his mind off, the water sure had a way of numbing his thought process, he swam over to Beans, “Come on, the waters colder closer to the center.” He stated, though which wasn’t true, the lake was nearly the same temperature all around, but he wasn’t thinking straight.
