Dipper swam over to the edge of the pond and coughed and spat into the grass, trying to rid of any of the water that had gotten into his mouth. It left his tongue and teeth feeling gross, as if somebody had coated it with a layer of something thick and tasteless- but there was nothing there. Thoroughly creeped out Dipper swam back over to the other, skin crawling a little from the sensation. In the back of his mind he was well aware that nothing good would come from this situation.. but if Togs didn’t seem worried, why should he be?

Besides… with each passing second his goosebumps began to fade and he began to feel more at ease, able to relax and enjoy himself in the comfort of shade and water. It was a fast transition- soon enough Dipper couldn’t stop himself from smiling, closing his eyes and treading water with a soft sigh.

“Okay, so spooky paranormal water.

This was a good idea that can’t come back to haunt us in any way.”

The boy couldn’t help but laugh, though it was odd, beans comment wasn’t really a huge joke or anything, he seemed to find everything more funny then it should be.

"I think It’s almost the best idea we’ve come up with.” He said with a wide grin, taking in a quick breath before closing his eyes going back under the water, though the water was cool, the sun beating down on his head made his hair very warm, very fast.
